  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of products.

3. Orders and Billing Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery governorate and the corresponding shipping zone (e.g., Dakahlia vs. other regions).
  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, ROCK is not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Methods

  • We offer multiple secure payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online card payments.
  • For COD orders, the customer is strictly obligated to pay the full amount (including applicable shipping fees) to the courier upon receipt of the items.

6. Returns and Refunds
